Principal Accountabilities： Customer Medical Solutions through Direct and indirect Customer Support (via Sales team） Researching Medical Solutions to external customer queries (doctors pharmacists patients) across the Servier portfolio and therapy areas Creating (local standard response documents and customized) medical responses to customers Delivering medical solutions *** in writing or through presentations. Also involved in other channels of communicating with customers such as internet conferences where appropriate. Internal support to Servier colleagues on information needs to achieve business goals Work with internal aligned Product teams on Medical Information needs including proactively in identifying emerging medicalscientific data that could be of importance to product strategy Execute independently on expert searches to input to product team activities Input to de *** or updating of customer friendly Package Inserts for aligned products. Customer Insights Provide business with insightsbusiness leads from daily interaction with customers on a regular basis Input to team portfolio reports and ad hoc market research reports. Lead some specific medical digital project and on-line medical education course across the Takeda portfolio Work as projector leader implement some specific medical digital project and on-line medical education course across the Servier portfolio. Maintenance Improvement and Promotion of the Service Assist in maintaining improving and promoting the Medical Information service through proactive recommendations for process impro *** and leading of select projects where competency shown. Qualifications Experiences Required： Knowledge 

Academic Qualification: 

1. Minimum of Uni *** Degree and Professional MedicalPharmacy related Qualification Master degree is preferable Skills： 1. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel 2.
